Yeah, +2 are building relays and there's a podcast... 2026 could be a big year for us. I love the constructive vibe here, it's the total opposite of MT.
“Fucking your cousin and goat fucking are mandatory for access.”
Apparently there's another Muslim out there that's also coding up a prototype for a lightning/ecash wallet that will have nostr integration
ما شاء الله
This is amazing
I got a 4th one! I built a Strava like Nostr client. Check out Kauntor.com @Kauntor. It’s on the apple App Store
Very cool bro! I like the Sweat for Sats idea. Also looks like you have manual entry options which is a key feature for me since I don't like wearing my watch most of the time 😅
QQ: I'm noticing there's a lot of linked data listed on the app store page whereas other fitness nostr apps like Runstr list zero linked data. Is this bc your adding in other account login options beside just nostr?
One thing I'd love to see as a user: the option to sign in from nostr using a remote signer (like Aegis or NsecApp). Don't mind generating new keys to test but would want the more secure login before fully committing a main account.
Yeah, the linked data is because I also have Sign in with Apple. I got Remote signer based authentication using nsec.app is working. Got a bit stuck on getting remote signer to work for posting the activities. But definitely working on getting that unblocked and plan to have that option in a future release!
#SweatForSats is live. And should work for manually recorded activities as long as you record heart rate data with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor or the new AirPods or broadcast from a watch etc. You get one sat for each minute spent above 100 bpm
Just out of curiosity, where do you get all those Sats from? Do you have some kind of business model?
It’s a freemium model like Strava. I think of #SweatForSats as a marketing expense. I only pay out the sats if user posts the activity on Nostr. I am using a self hosted alby hub on start9 for the lightning payments for this.
Nice! I saw you had some subscription tiers too. Is it possible to pay for those in btc or do they have to route through ApplePay?
Right now it’s only ApplePay in the latest release. But I am beta testing BTC lightning payment for subscription as we speak! The implementation is complete and you will have the option to pay with BTC lightning in the next release inshAllah.
Looking forward to all of the clients 💪
Remote signer (NIP-46) is now supported! You should be able to sign in with something like nsec.app now.
