The #proofofwork fitness challenge starts in ~ 30 hours, per the next expected difficulty adjustment.
To participate, do 1 crunch, 1 squat, 1 push-up per block mined for a total of 144 of each per day.
You can batch your exercises. If you can knock out 144 of each in one go like @Brindon ⚡️, hats off to you.
If you're a beginner like @BITCOIN DADA , do what you can.
If you're like me with a 36×4 strategy, that's fine too.
The point is to put in the work 💪
The difficulty will adjust after 2016 blocks.
