The #proofofwork fitness challenge starts in ~ 30 hours, per the next expected difficulty adjustment. To participate, do 1 crunch, 1 squat, 1 push-up per block mined for a total of 144 of each per day. You can batch your exercises. If you can knock out 144 of each in one go like @Brindon ⚡️, hats off to you. If you're a beginner like @BITCOIN DADA , do what you can. If you're like me with a 36×4 strategy, that's fine too. The point is to put in the work 💪 The difficulty will adjust after 2016 blocks. Share your progress on #nostr using hashtag #blocksport. I personally like photos and videos. You definitely have a larger range to reach out people than I have! 😅🤣 I hope some others will join! I already tried out yesterday and have some good muscle pain! 💪
To give you some variation: Take the current Fee Rate (sats/vB) and it's your number of repetitions :-) If it's too many, just divide by 10 and round up.
