You can just encrypt the data and store it in the cloud, no?
Very few people will have their "own relay" (if that's what you meant with "your relay").
You could but I’m still thinking about how the data is used in the future - I.e. cardiologist’s npub being whitelisted to monitor your data for a period of time, etc…
That can be done with an authentication wrapper? Meaning you can store the encrypted data in a dedicated storage that was designed for that.
It doesn't require data to be stored on a nostr relay. Is my understanding that relays aren't really the best for perma blobs / storage.
