#GMnostr #frens Well, was about 6F when we left for church this morning... After church we reloaded the wood rack (about 1 week+ worth of wood if we need a fire daily) and started the rocket mass heater. Might be one dollar worth of wood in there. #permies The house was down to 67.5F inside since the last fire was last night

That is so cool that you built a RMH. Those things just sip firewood, can be fuelled with scraps, and can easily cut your wood gathering and splitting labour by 2/3. I love those setups where the heat can travel into ducting inside built in place clay/cob lounges or couches, before exiting the flue. I hope I get to build one someday.
