Foundation of National Progress
The Fundamental Role of Education
Education is the primary tool a people possesses to advance toward progress and prosperity. Without it, sustainable development and comprehensive well-being become virtually impossible to achieve. This educational process begins in the home as the formative nucleus and is subsequently strengthened in educational institutions, extending throughout the daily life of each individual.
The Comprehensive Formation of the Citizen
The values transmitted by families, along with the knowledge acquired in schools, institutes, and universities, constitute the fundamental pillars for the formation of well-rounded citizens. These elements are essential for institutional strengthening and the harmonious growth of a nation.
The Educational Reality in Venezuela
In the particular case of our country, Venezuela, we observe with deep concern how educational institutions have diverted their curricula toward the ideological realm, limiting themselves to forming fanatical individuals aligned with a political process that has demonstrated its failure over time. This system has progressively lost popular support and currently maintains its power through force, far removed from the genuine will of the people.
The Venezuelan People's Desire for Change.
Considering the Venezuelan diaspora, we must acknowledge that approximately 90% of Venezuelan citizens have expressed their categorical rejection of the current political system. If we focus solely on those citizens who remain within the country, we find that nearly 80% of the population already shows clear signs of weariness with this deplorable situation.
Toward a New Education for Venezuela
The collective aspiration is to comprehensively transform the entire prevailing system. To achieve this goal, we must necessarily begin with the fundamental basis: the education of children in schools and the training of highly qualified professionals, who will be the architects of the comprehensive and sustainable development of the nation we all deserve to build.
