Do you think it would be suitable for Nostr music hosting?
I actually don't understand what Nostr music is yet, or how it is different to podcast2.0. I'm just testing with self hosting the content now.

Don't see why not. If you're just dumping mp3's there it should work I'm guessing.
Podcasting2.0 and Wavlake and Fountain is another thing, but I'm sure such interoperability could become a thing with the right peeps working on it

Yes. if you read through 
carefully - scroll through ENTIRE page and Really read it - you will see a S3 option and you can use tigris for it, very cheap to host up to 100GB of media, NO Egress fees
