I don’t know why you are confused. I said in the video very clearly that I am not compliant with their KYC policy cuz my business is registered in Israel and they don’t work with Israeli businesses.

Banning from Telegram makes sense after its CEO Pavel Durov was arrested and detained by France on August 24, 2024. You can be sure that the terms of his release included compromising Telegram's privacy and content moderation (censorship) policies to comply with Europe's authoritarian control (digital services act).
