Why does this need a bud? Its just standard playlist with segments on blossom
There is also this proposal https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/issues/1945
It doesn't really need one, but there are a few things like using relative paths that isn't immediately obvious.
Also with all the talk of videos on Nostr it's good to have a spec for everyone to talk about even if it doesn't get merged
This looks kind of interesting, but I don't think it would work very well for video since the HLS player would have to be modified to fetch from Nostr.
By putting the playlists on blossom, it's possible to use any existing HLS player
