Probably yes. But with 4% interest on that you'll have to pay a good fifth of what the farm makes in profit in a good year just on interest.
Yes that would be a solution. It is the logical outcome of the fiat system. On paper the land is yours. But with a debt on it who is the real owner? You have to pay the money creators to use your own land, because actually it is theirs. The government enables this by asking for the inheritance tax.
