Direct support is one of the reason I like Nostr as a technology. I wish artists could get over what they don't like about Nostr, as I think they would enjoy being tipped by their fans. They could even do commissions in Bitcoin :D
For a century, artists got paid last. Labels, platforms, and middlemen ate first.
Value for value flips it. The fan pays the artist. Directly. In sats.
