@Oshi what are these? Looks kinda like a brownie and now I gotta know more. If you have any bars or chocolates, I'm interested. You still got my email? Otherwise I'll hit you up. image

I’ve actually had a difficult time calling what exactly these are haha. It’s a culmination of many things but I’ll try and explain it here: Caramelized pecans in panela, maple sugar and a touch of maple syrup. Dates blended with cinnamon, salt flakes and a touch of mint extract. Tempered 70% stone ground dark chocolate. The method here is to blend the carmalized pecans, and then the dates separately, and then hand mix the two. The tempered chocolate (if you know what that means) is used as a “binder” so the hand mix dates and pecans are then mixed into the tempered chocolate. It’s a pretty insane process that I don’t think anyone else has done, but open to be proven wrong. It’s nightly delicious. The texture is firm, yet chewy and nutty. Quite the feat if I do say so myself. There is a ratio of nuts / dates to chocolate. I don’t have any of these left, but I do have a box of the non chocolate added ones (here) if you’d like to try 😊 image
Looks like a protein bar, probably made with wholesome ingredients. Check the label for sugar content.
