@Vitor Pamplona and I have been discussing this. If you wrap an unsigned event, that inner event is 1. encrypted and 2. invalid, and so can't be rebroadcasted.

I am very happy with that idea. I think we should do this.
I think it has its plusses and minuses. After I suggested it, I realized I like value for value more.
Well, it's useful not just for paywalls, but any private use case as well
