How can you cryptographically prove that you are human? Everything you can do cryptographically, bots can do as well.

Soon there will be more optimous bots on the internet then humans.
If I understand correctly the solution being worked on is WoT right now. Is that correct @Gigi?

Botnets can simulate their WoT. It's not waterproof.
Web of trust + crypto doesn't allows bot into whatever segment of the Internet you want to participate in
Nothing is "waterproof". It's all trade-offs, all the time, all the way down. But WoTs are the most promising trustless solution we have (in addition to PoW).
