In the last release of "grouped notes" (https://grouped-notes.dtonon.com) I added the option to include replies. Currently there is a single feed, would you prefer to have two feeds (Notes/Replies) with a top tab switch, like in the classic view? If so, why?
In the same way but inversely the profile view has Notes/Replies tabs, would you you prefer to view all notes in a single feed? Since in this view we focus a single profile and the quantity of content is limited, the latter option seems actually a little more usable.

this is very cool
I'm good with it mixed in. I tend not to use the replies grouping as much as i do regular replies. I think when I'm on the replies feed its usually because I ran out of content, but grouped notes fixes this for me..

Thanks for the feedback, I've noticed this tendency in myself too.
The separate tabs could be useful to help sort out quieter people who only reply on occasion. That might only be helpful when looking at busy relays or large contact lists. I don't know if those things would align frequently enough to warrant the effort.
I agree that it seems unnecessary on the profile view.
The group mode itself should be sufficient so surface quieter people (also using the option to filter out people with more than X posts).
I don't know, a separate tab seems useful to offer an well ordered browsing, but at the same time it creates a fracture in the content, setting the main notes as more important/visible.
That's a fair point.
The separate feeds work well on the profiles of very active posters, but it feels like unnecessary extra clicks for low-moderate activity levels. Its a nice experience already, though. I'll be happy either way.
