Yes, I’ve used a bag like this before. It worked extremely well, but took a lot longer than I expected. Maybe like 4 months before starting the fruiting process. Hardest parts: getting a sterile spore starter (make a few batches, at least one will likely get infected). Drying the shrooms. I put mine in a container too soon and they turned into a mold ball.
