Don't worry, you're not alone. Everyone has full-time jobs and working on their nostr project on the side, there isn't enough money on nostr to make it a full-time job and business. Most don't want to pay for anything because everything is already free. Just keep working on it when you can, eventually in the far future there will be enough paying members to quit your full-time job.

This is why this is one of my favourite memes. People say “build something!” or “people will build!”. But unless I either a) am wealthy enough that I never have to worry about my personal bills, or b) someone else is paying me to build, I can’t build. Everything costs money. Whether its hosting or hardware or tokens or groceries or housing or fuel, eeeeeverything costs money, and building stuff for free doesn’t pay.
