You need a lightning wallet to connect to account. If you are on a computer, Alby works well and if you are on a mobile, Wallet of Satoshi is good. For Alby, you enter your Nostr keys (public and private) to connect. If using Amythest on android, there is a place in your profile set up. If you are apple products, I can't help but it is probably similar.
