knee x-ray seemed to be okayish, going to have physiotherapy on thursday.
got prescriptioned to be on diclofenac for the next 7-10 days
i still have the referral letter for a psychologist/psychiatrist, yet to book the time

Buy 5kg kettle bell and use it between note signing sessions. At least once a day. Many youtube tutorials, for different workout routines

Otherwise you're working against your knee all day with shoes that are crap for walking form and posture.

physiotherapy will most likely help with your knees. Did help me a lot even tho it was a long process.
