apparently it was “fine” and that i’m not lactose intolerant, but i probably have irritable bowel syndrome knee x-ray seemed to be okayish, going to have physiotherapy on thursday. got prescriptioned to be on diclofenac for the next 7-10 days i still have the referral letter for a psychologist/psychiatrist, yet to book the time

Buy 5kg kettle bell and use it between note signing sessions. At least once a day. Many youtube tutorials, for different workout routines

Buy a pair of xero shoes as well. Otherwise you're working against your knee all day with shoes that are crap for walking form and posture.

good to hear that it wasn’t anything urgent. physiotherapy will most likely help with your knees. Did help me a lot even tho it was a long process. yeah. you should so that as soon you see you have time ✨
