I did some as a youth and enjoyed it. I don't know anything about how they do it today. But I'm sure I would still enjoy it..👍

Well worth it. One of the biggest hurdles in learning new skills is the first step. Taking the first step gives you the confidence to continue the journey. You don't have to be an expert at it now. Having the basic knowledge and skills allows you to not only be well rounded as an individual, but also better prepared for the future, whatever that might be. The more you can do yourself also means you are able to evaluate the value someone else's work has in your life. Once you can do the work yourself, you know what goes into it. You know how much to pay to hire someone to do a specific job.
