Agreed. Not only with the photographer capturing the bullet (lol) but the whole thing seemed a perfect photo op. However someone was shooting as people did die, whether they were sniped or just bystanders, that would mean that the conspiracy also included civilian casualties as part of the "full effect" It's possible. What's one or two civilians vs winning the election? Worth their lives?
