What a great idea. What is that soil mix you’re using?
The substrate used to inoculate the bucket was oak sawdust and soy hull. That was layered into wet straw with a layer of dirt on top. I didn’t even have to pasteurize the straw bc the Phoenix oysters are so vigorous.
