Yes that’s why LTV is 95%. You pay the 5% fee upfront then it’s up to you to outperform bitcoin.
so in this case are you putting up the 1 BTC? and I receive the 0.95? that's cool too
You put up 1 coin and you receive 0.95 coin. And after 1 year max you pay back the loaned coin and receive your 0.95 coin back or your roll over (5%). Max 5 years total.
If I had 1 coin to be honest would I be looking for a 1M sats loan ? or would I just use my 1M sats from the 100M sats in my coin ? smh 
Sure, just pointing out that there is this unique product available for those who do own plenty coins and struggle remobilizing them. It’s actually designed for OGs and whales.

Most are stuck with their coins because of painful taxable events for example.
