I think about this a lot, actually. Mostly, I worry about how to maintain existing valuable friendships that have been built over decades at a certain common economic range and standard of living. Do I continue to live as I do and ignore the wealth? Do I enjoy it but only while traveling well? Do I increase my standard of living, try to explain to my friends and share it all with them generously?
If you can pay off your home & still hold a stack, you’ve won the game IMHO then: start a business. you’re the boss live off residual interest further educate your mind help others do work that you enjoy & find fulfilling live. enjoy the rest of your time go fishing don’t: be a slave become arrogant become a hermit not enjoy your life
