I get what you are trying to say, why keep bringing up CSAM/CP when explaining the issue? Isn't too dramatic or steers from the technical issue to a emotional response? Isn't it taking rationality hostage with extreme examples? Reminds me of fallacies when politicians want to regulate something and use extreme examples as arguments or justifications.

Of course not. But using this example you can derail any rational debate to control overreaching... Might as well censor the internet or phones at the OS level. Get it?

I get it. I can imagine large data carrier limits and cheap fees (like at the moment ) being abusable. And we should talk about it. But not jump to calling people CSAM supporters. The quality of the conversation is more important than name calling.
