Uploading videos to a web server like Nostr.Build & then linking directly to the video file. I actually prefer when people post links to songs on YouTube. It allows me to play then on newpipe while continuing to browse on Nostr.

That web server is on Amazon and Cloudflare. What we need is a fully decentralized video hosting/sharing platform.
