- 🕊️ Birds soaring beyond the horizon
**Optional Creative Exercise** – Write a short story about a liberated version of yourself and illustrate a key scene.
**Why it matters** – You’re shifting from “I want to be creative” to “I’m actually creating.” These 12 weeks plant a habit of playful exploration that lives long after the calendar is filled.
