Go to court & sue for your rent money back!
Not legal advice but if internet is included and he doesn't want to give this service to you. You could sue him( might be a waste of time and/or money).
Maybe like a formal notice saying that since day x, you have no internet and that in the contract is is written that he should provide this service to you.
You could just stop paying the rent until he restore internet but this could be used against you maybe.
I would stop paying rent except I wasnβt going to pay him rent anymore anyway because Iβm leaving! And Iβm leaving so soon (new lease starts sept 1st) that I feel like it would be a waste of time/money to get courts involved. I probably will do some sort of written thing about it so that maybe I can be reimbursed for some of my rent once I leave I guess??? I donβt know if thatβs even worth it though because these people have gotten increasingly hostile so idk what they would do if I ask for some of my rent back since Iβm not getting what I paid for
Yes I am not sure. You can still talk to a lawyer. They could tel you how much it would cost and how much you can have and based on that you can see if this is worth it.
What a tramp
Honestly yes.
Itβs definitely not worth it to sue over an internet bill imo
