I tried searching, but couldn't find it. Does anyone remember a movement, probably 5-8 years ago(maybe longer, brain old) that was trying to get a bunch of people to move to like New Hampshire. Their goal was getting enough people in one state to do call for a constitutional convention, I believe. Him talking about ratifying the constitution and all stirred some memory that I can't fully recall.
