It seems the only reason the establishment warns about its use is its high saturated fat content. But it also has a ton of benefits. So I think it makes more sense for people who have a preexisting heart condition for which saturated fats are a risk to selectively decide for themselves whether or not to consume it. For a large portion of the population, saturated fats aren't an issue, so it really doesn't make sense to make the blanket judgement that it's bad. Again, it's something informed individuals should choose for themselves based on their own criteria.

saturated fat in and of itself is not a problem. its the toxins most people consume all day everyday that causes the issues. saturated fat has been part of the human diet for milennia. never was a 'problem' until the seed oil propaganda began
Absolutely. It's circumstantial based on the individual. Another reason why it should be up to them to get educated, and make informed decisions about what's best for them while leaving everyone else alone to make the same decisions for themselves.
