Day 3 of #31days bodyweight, kettlebells (finally added a Jefferson curl), mobility. This is fun and I'm feeling good! I've never quite worked out like this before, but I'm basically doing 5-15 minutes of exercise throughout the day until I get to the hour. I'm hoping for a full split on at least one side by the end of the month but I'm still a good 8 inches away. I'll get closer for sure. Hope you're all doing great! It's fun to read what everyone's doing.

Glad you're working it in throughout the day! I did this for the first time in October and it forced me to find new exercises to do because I was running out of workouts early in the week. I also went a little too hard to start so I had to rotate to body parts I don't always use. Walking is your friend. ๐Ÿ˜ Excited to see what we can learn from each other this month.
