Yes, but if they're stuck in a CBDC, they will not be allowed to touch BTC even though they've become very comfortable using a digital wallet.

So we both think capital controls are coming and the solution will be peer to peer btc btc transactions.
As ugly as all of this is... its all gonna be okay for bitcoin.
