They’re not here to push the envelope for a Bitcoin standard, they’re here to enrich themselves and neuter Bitcoin via centralization the same way they did gold.

It’s definitely in their favor, not sure whose Trojan horsing who yet. TBD, yet to crack the self custody solution for ordinary folks who don’t want sole responsibility..

Either you have a level of trust in others, or you have sole responsibility.
Trust in friends and family while being able to unilaterally exit easily is better than not knowing those things and just trusting a company.
Good points though but I think the approach is where I beg to differ.
