He didnβt answer so id say dairy protein with egg blended in. Start with one raw egg. Make sure youre getting enough fat.
-Use tallow or lard for your eggs in the am.

I use butter almost exclusively for cooking. May try tallow though. I've heard it's good
My daughter is the same. Weβre a carnivorous family but she will eat:
-Whey protein.
just avoid complex ingredients. Just buy it naked and flavor yourself.
-Beef or chicken Bone broth. Its high in animal protein. Make mashed potatoes or rice with it instead of water.
-Eggs!
