lol, zombie movies! Sure you can shoot people who encroach. Maybe a whole community agrees to your property rights. What about someone from another region or country? They might not give two shits what you and your town says about property rights. Historical evidence…native Americans and every country invaded by colonizers. What if there is a local dispute, who settles it? What if a member of your community has a mental disorder and kills your whole family, then sits in your house while you rot in the basement? I’m an anarchist…I’ve thought about all these things. What’s your answer?

If someone violates your property, you shoot them. That's all there is to it. If the law doesn't protect you, providing you can make a case that they violated your property, then you simply don't have property. The right, however, remains, even if its disrespected.
