People give to the homeless voluntarily.
The homeless are mostly neglected by society, drug addicts and traumatized people that are struggling to survive and don't fit into society.

You just made my point. Voluntary or coerced, both are extraction from producers. The working man funds both their existences. One holds a sign, one holds a gun, but neither produces…they depend on us
