So on one hand, the risk of fumbling some key liberties to still have a country, and on the other hand, a complete communist reset of a America that *won't* dispense with any liberties?

How do you imagine this plays out of the Left is awarded complete dominion even when they lose the election and defy the American people?
You just admitted to giving up some liberties. And Ben Franklin would say you don’t deserve either security or freedom. That means you are un-American 🤷‍♂️ The other option is to say say fuck the government like the founding fathers did, then defend the only borders that matter: the ones around your property. If everyone just worried about protecting their own property, illegals wouldn’t have anywhere to go to. They come here because this government gives them resources: housing, healthcare, food stamps. Yeah no shit they’re gonna come here. Why wouldn’t they? It would be retarded not to. If the government didn’t exist, they’d have to come here and earn everything for themselves. And they’d have to do it peacefully or get pumped full of lead. Your problems are not illegals. Your problem is the socialist government that is redistributing wealth across all aspects of society. Through taxes and money printing. image
Communism reliies on compulsion, surveillance, punishment & central authority. It claims to be “rule by the people, for the people” Without individual rights, “the people” cannot consent. There is no mechanism to distinguish cooperation from obedience. The collective becomes an abstraction weaponised by those in power. The moment individual rights fade, "the people" becomes a mask for authority. Communism cannot operate without suppressing individual rights. "Fumbling some key liberties", is the Communist reset. Wake up Neo.
the question becomes: does The State somehow have a legitimate claim to the entire physical territory it says belongs to it? (in which case, we'd be sort of "tenants" residing under an agreement, and breaking that agreement or plotting to undermine it would be morally problematic)
