small world! btw the branding/vibe on your coffee is great. i post a little on @Base Layer Coffee but am generally very bad at sharing. here’s how this works: i effectively wrote a daemon to control the roaster over usb. same way roastime works. then built a cli and mcp that talks to it. now that i have proved technical feasibility im going to start building software custom to my roasting workflow.
