The truth is, we definitely need more research… but here’s what I know from my own journey. Anytime I ate something fried or cooked in seed oils, I felt it. Anxious, bloated, low energy, and it would take me a couple of days to feel normal again. Once I cut them out and switched to animal fats like butter and tallow, I noticed how much better my body responded. People can argue all day about whether seed oils are “bad for you” or not.
