Is there anyone in England that is running a substantial Bitcoin mining operation from home (or even on an industrial scale?).

Blue Bear Crypto on YT is the only person I know of that has a decent set-up. I know the UK policy folks have been involved in setting up a more industrial mining op. in the UK.
