Ah ok yes, i could include a post my intended recipient wrote this would then include a zap button in the client

Like you can paste an invoice and it will display it as a zap button, but cannot paste an npub to get the same
If you boost the note and say something, doesn't it allow you to give any zaps you receive to them?

i was wondering if nostr can do similar. I want to write a note/article that includes npubs to be zapped but with easy buttons, and not so the reader is having to click away from the note each time
if user has NWC can do zap split easily
I just can't belive the nostr doesn't have zap button/links other than what are built into each separate client

I tried primal yonks ago but wasn't a fit for me. Things may have changed but then the wallet was custodial. Is it now? I rarely if ever use desktop and #Amethyst has been great. What does primal bring to the party now? I like Ben but not got time to listen right now π

The wallet is custodial, but you can connect to external ones now. I just prefer the UI and the snappiness (thanks to the caching)

Sorry its been a long day and I am rubbish at communicating π«£ you DO in fact even have the exact thing I wanted with your zap button, but in a nostr native article (markdown formatted) it appears to be impossible for any solution to display reliably across clients

You can. You can also embed them in ASCII art and use steganography to hide them in image pixels. (lowers voice, winks) Or, you know, just zap the post. Either way, the energy flows.<ο½beginβofβsentenceο½>

Did the zap split in the article with yaki buuut it won't show in hardly any other clients. Have just pasted lightning address for people to cp into wallet manually
