The ruling class have succesfully used fear to create mass psychosis in the population. Many people now believe that undocumented immigrants are so dangerous that it's ok if we violently kidnap people off the street based solely on their appearance. Remember, crossing the border illegally the first time is a civil and not a criminal offense. ICE is treating all immigrants as if they are criminals. Even citizens with valid ID are being detained for being brown, and are told they are liars with a fake ID. The left is not immune to fear based mass psychosis just because they aren't falling for this particular fear campaign. The left showed how easy they are to also manipulate with fear during Covid when they were so afraid of Covid that they ostracized and demonized anyone who wasn't. What will the next fear campaign be? I think the next one will target everyone of the right and the left, and will get them to give up more rights in exchange for the state's protection from a new threat. One possibility is a massive cyber attack that is orchestrated by the state to create a justification for the complete takeover and full control of the internet by the state.
