A friend of mine got a free turkey from the grocery store and is willing to donate it to me to make Thanksgiving ramen so I think this is actually happening. 🤣
So the broth is obviously going to be turkey-based. We're going to save the meat so we can use it in the ramen. I'm probably going to do a cranberry sauce. I need to figure out what to do for the tare. gonna be making some sort of like miso egg thing and maybe do breadsticks in lieu of stuffing or something.
Anyone on #foodstr have any ideas?

sesame-miso is probably good for turkey
white or red
Yeah, I was definitely leaning towards miso
whats the connection between the cranberry and tare?
does the cranberry sauce get its own?
I was thinking about putting the cranberry sauce in the broth. As like a finisher or something.
I was thinking either A miso or some kind of shoyu tare for the broth.
