it’s a long process, but just like stacking sats, if there isn’t structural damage to the bones, or torn ligaments, u can fix ur shit and be almost just as a good as new. 5 years ago my back was done and knees hurt, couldn’t jog half a block, but i move better now that i did as a kid. 🤯 knees over toes guy got me started
