I noticed in order for nostr:npub1h2685kkxa4q50qpexuae9geqep7frr0u8t8pcy9zj0xnza9phvtsnkd9tm to work, one needs to make sure it's stating "Running in the background" in the notifications tray (under "Silent"). If not there, you just don't get notifications. So before I start my posts for the day, I check that Pokey is running first..
