The sanctioned money of the Russian government and businessmen/women must be divided according to the amounts due to each country for the natural resources taken unfairly and paid along with the gained profit since the money and funds were sanctioned to the concerned support account in the Algerian Central bank before the 31st of October 2025. And any remaining money or funds must remain within the sanctioned person’s account along with any percentage of profit gained from investing it since imposing the sanctions on. Taking any sanctioned money or funds as well as their investment profit will result in coma for the involved people and governments as well as their families and anyone that tries to take them afterwards along with their families.
