You're telling other people they shouldn't do what they want with their own money (or even have a different opinion than yours) in a free market for an open source project. You don't have to run the code. You could go work for free. Don't apply the maintenance, security patches, or upgrades. The truth is that you still get all of that running Knots but sit here on your fucking high horse wagging your fingers telling people they're wrong for making a donation to someone building shit they want. You're catastrophising and using hyperbole as an argument and I'm resisting it. You can take that feedback or not, but that doesn't mean there's something wrong with me.
