honestly i wouldn’t be suprised if this is outright fraud and illegal for a nonprofit based on all of the conflict of interest. I think thats why odell and co are probably so worried, they gonna get caught eventually

It’s a breach in fiduciary responsibility.
Full stop.
Any 1031 investor could challenge this and Odell will most likely have to remove himself, pay punitive damages, forfeit all compensation via disgorgement.
They have also breached their own mandate, funding projects that breached foss licensing (so no longer foss)
