Alright so I have a question for you, Nostr: Consider you were given the opportunity to steal 5 Bitcoins and you could either steal the unprotected seed phrase from a criminal syndicate organization, or you could steal them from the police. Furthermore, either option would provide only a 1% chance of failure. If you are caught by the CSO though you will die a quick death, and if you are caught by the police you will do 20 years in federal maximum security prison. So my question is this: would you steal and take the risk and which option, or would you ignore the opportunity entirely? #asknostr

Stealing is wrong so neither. But given only the 2 options, taking from the syndicate organization is easily the move. Plus the police have more resources. Idk how you could get caught though, how could they prove it’s under your ownership if it’s a separate fresh address on different private keys, could never get ya in court.
Police are a criminal syndicate organization But I guess I'd rather not die
I would be argue you can't be forced to steal. You can be forced to help someone use force to take something, but I'd say the person forcing you would still be the one stealing
It's an either situation, like 1 person or 2 people on train tracks
