Ecash can be part of the request that actually pays for the request. 1 sat can be paid in the TCP connection and the rest of the traffic can use that funding.

Pretty new to this whole thing. Saw this on x, now here. I made alby wallet while back (put the lightning adress on my twitter) and got a bunch of little amounts of sats for a time on a daily basis. Seems like spam that is paying me to look and figure out who I am or something like that. Still need to figure this nostr out and what value it has for me.
Tired of x and it somewhat additive nature and algo show me shit I don't want to see.
