I hate web previews, they are noisy, shout to attract attention, waste space and totally break the content structure. But sometimes is handy to take a look (with the bonus of routing through a proxy, avoiding that your IP is doxxed) without opening the URL, so in Fevela.me I reconsidered this feature in this way:

On mouseover sounds a bit geeky, but great feature for the low bandwidth.
I implemented it more for having a pleasant formatted content, and to avoid spoofing my IP (if a proxy is not present, Fevela has one). But actually low bandwidth/cpu devices are also good targets for this feature!
